In this place you can just be there and enjoy. But at the same time we want to make it a place of the new time ... a place that is free from ego, duality and manipulation.
We want to bring people together here ... to create a place of co-creation, to find answers together for the great change of times and to promote the development of potential. Dissolve the old and let the new emerge ...
How we imagine it? Through dialogues, thematic workshops, artistic or cultural impulses, or by enabling nature experience in silence or movement here. But also "just" being there and lingering will promote your dissolving and arising.
We will set impulses ourselves, but we also invite all people whose ideas promote transformation and the development of potential to use this special place for this purpose. You can either do this together with us, or alone. We provide this special place for this purpose.
We would be happy if you share your ideas with us and we discuss the implementation possibilities and framework conditions. When in doubt, we put sense before economic considerations.
The ensemble
The house "rosa und blau am See" is located in beautiful Carinthia, on the northern shore of Lake Ossiach and at the foot of Gerlitzen.
It is a very special place, a place of power since the Celts, and a place to pause and settle down, to let go and find peace. From three sides you are surrounded only by meadows and forest. You can reach the lake on foot via a small forest path in just fifteen minutes.
You live in a lovingly restored rectory, a house with character, and lots of art on the walls. Speaking of walls, if you're used to white, you'll have a whole new experience.
In the church there is a mass once a week with a handful of people. But otherwise it is part of the ensemble and with its own key you can exclusively feel the peace and special atmosphere in it. And don't worry, no tinkling bells will disturb your peace.
The large property with its wonderful garden, the old trees, the arbor with fireplace holds many places for you to stay. The charisma will magically attract you.
What's special about it ... it's all exclusively available to you, your family and your friends. You decide on which days and moments it should be an oasis of silence, and when liveliness should be in the foreground.
"The very personal retreat"
Living
You live in a lovingly restored rectory with about 200m2 What will immediately catch your eye. It's colorful ... done in various shades of pink and blue ... and you'll find quite a bit of art and vintage items in the house. The previous owner was an artist and we also have an artistic streak. Your eye will find a lot to discover and many of the objects have their own story. If you were used to white rooms so far, let yourself be enchanted by the special magic of colors.
On the first floor there is a large fireplace room, a reading room, a more than fully and high quality equipped kitchen, a dining room and a small retreat room with a sofa bed. On the upper floor you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of them with lake view, as well as two bathrooms and an integrated sauna.
The additional loft of about 100m2 is still being adapted and will also be available at a later date.
The garden
On about 3000m2 you will find a beautiful garden, with old trees, bushes and beautiful flowers. The whole is framed on three sides with meadows and forest. Nature shows itself to you in all its splendor and it is an oasis of tranquility. A covered arbor covered with climbing plants with an old stone wall and fireplace invites you to have breakfast, or sit in the evening with a romantic fire. A hotpot heated with wood offers you the possibility to look at the stars and at the same time at the illuminated church tower.
On hot days you will find many shady spots under trees.
A small terrace in front of the studio has its special atmosphere and allows you to see as far as the Julian Alps. Vines with grapes that invite you to snack on them, as well as St. John's and gooseberry bushes. On the meadow behind the old school you will find fruit trees, and a small glass greenhouse that we have converted. Protected from rain, wind and cold, you can read, meditate, or simply "be" and let the power place work on you.
