The monastery forge of Gerhard Satran and his team is located in Ossiach, directly on the lake. We think it is definitely the culinary highlight on Lake Ossiach. Evening sun on the lake, fresh fish, seasonal and regional ingredients prepared to a very high standard, plus attentive and caring service. We would definitely recommend an evening at the Stiftschmiede during your stay at “rosa und blau am See”. But what is very good is also in great demand … so especially in summer book very early.
