History.
For a long time of my life, Gerhard, I was attracted by "higher, faster, further" ... as an athlete, but also as an entrepreneur with a plastics processing company(www.filzwieser.eu). Then I asked myself the question, does all this still feel right? You will guess it ... a clear "no" was the answer! A personal change of values led me away from the mind, towards the discovery of feeling. Then Ilona came into my life ... and with her heart and feeling together a "no" to something became a "yes" for something that feels good and right again. A completely new culture in the company (sense, personal responsibility and self-organization instead of hierarchy), new personal values, integral thinking and the discovery of artistic potential(www.rosablau.at) were the result ... and yes, not to forget, a totally chilled white Labrador named "Gustav".
That's all well and good, but what does that have to do with the house, you may ask? At some point, in the context of this change, this initially still somewhat diffuse longing arose ... to find a place of power, a special place with character, which we design artistically and make available to other people. A place with possibilities. A place to escape the hustle and bustle, connect with nature and Mother Earth, a place for creative activities, a place for philosophizing and thinking, a starting point for sports activities ... and much more. New impressions and feelings should arise through it ... and we wanted to bring ourselves into it. The brain researcher Gerald Hüther once spoke of the need for "places of transformation". I think that sums up well how one might describe our longing.
I wonder if you can plan something like that. Hmm, I don't really think so. The universe presumably ensures that things should enter one's life that belong to one. And obviously this longing should belong to us. Because in September 22 a friend (Andreas) told us about a special house that was apparently for sale. Three days later we stood in front of it with our bikes and immediately felt the energy of this power place. The fact that the house was full of art and interesting vintage items was, of course, very convenient for us. The head still had no concrete plan and a whole bunch of concerns, but the feeling said yes and after our spontaneous commitment, three weeks later our offer to buy was accepted. After the keys were handed over at the beginning of December, it took until the beginning of March 23 before the official approval was also received.
This special place now needed a name ... with "pink and blue at the lake" this was found quickly. Pink and blue, that's Ilona and me. We are into colors and colorful and moreover, we named my first acquired piece of art "blue man". But it's not, as you might suspect ... Ilona, the woman is blue, and I, the man is pink. With it was also clear, the house will be painted completely in different pink and blue tones. Only the ceiling color was allowed to differ.
And now, in summer 23 it stands there ... colorful, with its dreamlike garden all around ... and is ready for the transformation. For your transformation. This is now the beginning of the story. A history that you as a guest will be instrumental in writing. We are excited and look forward to meeting you.
